Delivery
All ordered products are sent by Econt Express courier company according to the “Tariff for usual courier services”. Transport costs for delivery are calculated in the price of the order.
The shipping cost is as follows:

For all orders to an Econt office with a value equal to or greater than BGN 100, delivery is FREE.
For all orders to the customer’s address of a value equal to or greater than BGN 100, delivery is FREE.
*With certain promotional campaigns, shipping may be free on all orders.
**Deliveries to the address specified by the customer are carried out only when complete and accurate information is provided, including first and last name, contact telephone number and full and accurate delivery address.
Deadlines
The delivery time is 1 or 2 working days after the day the order is sent, depending on the town.
*In extremely bad weather conditions or due to emergency situations, the delivery time may be extended. In the event of an emergency, the buyer will be notified in advance by phone or e-mail.
**If upon receipt of the order it is not in good shape, please return it to the courier upon receipt and do not pay for it! Shipments are insured and the courier company is responsible for their safe transportation. We will send you a new order.
Method of payment
Payment for the ordered products is made by “cash on delivery” – payment in cash to the courier upon delivery. For each ordered product, the user must pay the price that is announced in the electronic store at the time of the order
